cl-aserve software package provides Portable Aserve, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install cl-aserve
cl-aserve is installed in your system.
Make ensure the cl-aserve package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep cl-aserve *
You will get with cl-aserve package name, version, architecture and description in a table
